C-Byte Medical Plan
Point-of-Service (POS); each time you need medical care, you decide—at point of service—whether
to obtain care through a network primary care physician (PCP) you have selected and receive higher
in-network benefits, or to obtain care from the provider of your choice and receive lower out-of-network
benefits.
C-Byte Traditional Medical Plan
No requirement to designate a PCP; under this plan you have the ability to self-refer to specialists
and have richer out-of-network benefit levels than the C-Byte Medical Plan.
