Adoption Assistance
C-Byte’s adoption assistance program is designed to help you offset the
costs of adopting a child. The program will reimburse 100% of all eligible
legal, medical, and agency fees related to the adoption, up to a maximum
of $5,000 per employee. In addition, an employee will be granted 40 hours
of paid leave following the date the child is placed in the employees home.
